John Maland High School offers instruction to students in grades 10 to 12. In addition to a strong core curriculum for academic and general studies, the school also offers a diverse quality program in Career and Technology Studies (CTS), Fine Arts, and Physical Education and Wellness.

Students can participate in a competitive extra-curricular athletic program, which includes cross-country running, golf, volleyball, basketball, badminton, curling, track & field, and rugby. All students have access to the Wildcat Fitness Centre where they can maintain or improve their physical wellness.

Other opportunities available to students include Yearbook, Jazz Band, Stage Band, and a very active Students’ Union. Students have many opportunities to apply the skills they learn in classrooms through our Work Experience Program and the Registered Apprenticeship Program.
