Registration
Registrations for the current school year are accepted throughout the year. Students and parents should keep in mind that students who register after semester start dates many have difficulty getting all course requests. The semester start dates for the 2025/2026 school year are:
- Semester 1 – August 27, 2025
- Semester 2 – February 2, 2026

Student registration is completed online using the Black Gold School Division website:
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATIONS
Full registration requires birth certificate, proof of address, most recent report card or transcript, custody documents if applicable and/or guardianship papers if the student is not living with legal guardian(s). All new student registrations for JMHS must be completed online.
- Sign-in or create a new account.
- Fill in all the current information for your student.
- NOTE: If you are registering a student new to BGSD, please ensure you put in the “student” information, not your own.
- Upload required documents: birth certificate, proof of residency, previous years report card, custody/guardianship documents if applicable.
- Submit the registration form.
Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive an email with more information and a course selection form. If you register after June 27, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school, your registration will be process when staff return to school on August 20, 2025.
