Overview

Foods 10-20-30 are very hands on courses, held in a newly renovating lab complete with eight kitchens.  Students will earn high school credits while examining the role of food, looking beyond consumption to production, visual appreciation and nutrition. The class can be enjoyed be practiced gourmets to those less experienced in a kitchen.  Some favorite Labs are perogies, spring rolls, cheese bread, cookies and apple pie, just to name a few.  Whether the goal is to pursue a career in food service or develop an essential life skill, Foods is a course that all should consider
